Mary Sillup,Ed.S., LMFT is a practicing marriage & family therapist for over 27 years.  She received her graduate training in counseling psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. She has expertise in working with individuals, children, teens and couple & family therapy. She was an adjunct  psychology faculty member for 17 years with Middlesex County College in addition to her consulting and private practice.


She is a clinical fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and

​Certified Anger Management Specialist II.


She has training in addictions and family recovery.  In her work with couples she uses her training with the Gottman and Emotionally Focued evidenced based approaches 

 



Her work with individuals incorporates a contextual and family context of the issues and symptoms.  While utilizing the best evidenced  based means to assist the recovery from anxiety, depression and other related mental health issues.
